Nichola joins the People Marketing team, following a successful career in industry, as a Knitwear Specialist, working in Design, Product Development, and Account Management across Womenswear, Menswear and Childrenswear. 

From Sourcing yarns, developing new dye and finishing techniques, print and embroidery & embellishments Nichola has worked to develop innovative yet commercial products for customers such as M&S, Zara, Bershka, Sainsbury’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, Esprit, Jack & Jones and NEXT. Having worked for a mix of long-established manufacturers, suppliers and design hubs both, Nichola has an enviable network across the globe, having built excellent relationships with customers and colleagues. She has travelled extensively to yarn spinners, trade fairs and factories internationally including  Spain, Italy, China, Turkey and Bangladesh, so brings a unique knowledge of the industry and the inner workings of the supply chain. Nichola’s knowledge spans the development and production process, from concept to costings, pattern cutting and fittings, she also has working knowledge of Shima Seiki.

Passionate about the fashion industry and with a drive to offer great service, Nichola can use her knowledge and experience to take the time to understand clients’ needs, and match candidates to their perfect roles but understanding their strengths and passions.
