I am partnering with a globally recognised organisation who is looking to appoint an additional head into their Operations team. This business is a key player in the branded fashion world!

The role will be to support the Sales Operation Managers across managing orders and deliveries with their wholesale partners. You will raise PO’s and place with the factories, load data onto the ERP system, collate delivery reports, and schedule deliveries and relevant documentation.

This role requires you to have excellent IT skills- Excel in particular.

 

Sales & Operations Admin Assistant- The Role

  • Enter sales orders onto Joor
  • Create sales reports from Joor data to support sales team requests
  • Good understanding of margin sheets and pricing
  • Create price lists and sample order forms on excel/confident on excel and creating reports
  • Support the operations team to set up each season on Joor
  • Create a weekly sell through report to be shared with management and the wider team
  • Monitor sales reports on a weekly basis and suggest re-orders, GWP or staff incentives to support retailers
  • Review E-commerce stock levels and replenish weekly
  • Help with merchandising on the website to keep it fresh for the customers
  • Create visual buys for key account appointments
  • Target new accounts and build a tracker for communication with new business
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Track everything from appointment dates, follow ups, order confirmations etc
  • Build on the above tracking system
  • Work closely with the Operations team to keep track of deliveries and invoice chasing
  • Create product files for each account, which includes product names, codes, EANs, product descriptions
  • Involvement in execution of online Brand Home’s for key accounts
  • Collating and sharing sales materials and follow ups
  • Involvement in weekly shipping and finance meetings
  • Create off price stock lists including images and pricing
  • Create a master file of all season’s pricing to act as a pricing bible – create separate carryover master sheet
  • Support on analysing end of season sales to include in final presentation to design team
  • Collate and provide product information for catalogues prior to sales launches
  • Preparation of data for the sales launch presentation
  • Send samples when requested by buyers

 

 

Sales & Operations Admin Assistant- The Person

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Preferred experience using ERP software - Joor, Styleman, Canva
  • Good IT literacy - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proactive and able to work independently and prioritise effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
