Melanie has a wealth of experience in Fashion across a range of products and a variety of functions. After graduating in ‘Fashion Buying, Management and Retailing’ Melanie worked in Buying for the sportswear company Kitbag, before moving into a Wholesale Merchandising role for the babywear supplier Brecrest. She then joined the luxury label Burberry in London, where she worked as a Global Sourcing Coordinator across a variety of products including Outerwear, Knitwear, Softs and Jersey, covering Production Management, Costing & Negotiation, RM Procurement, Product Testing and Compliance. She also worked in collaboration with other departments such as Design, Product Development, Technical, Buying and Merchandising and Corporate Responsibility which has given her a thorough understanding of the supply chain and its roles.

The breadth of her experience within the industry has proven invaluable when assisting clients with their recruitment, and Melanie takes the time to understand the client’s requirements in order to find the best talent fit for their business. Melanie’s big passion is Womenswear – which is evident from her enviable wardrobe and by the proliferation of her Womenswear client base – particularly in London.
