Description

Working as part of the creative marketing team, this role will take the lead on social media communications across all channels within the business. You will have excellent communication and creative writing skills . You will build and continue to grow the social media presence, engagement, and brand awareness, ultimately driving sales and helping the brands to stand out from the competition.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Co-ordinator   – The Role 

 

  • Work with the wider marketing team to set and develop social media marketing strategy than increases brand awareness & engagement.

 

  • Manage and set the activity calendar and identify key dates.

 

  • Lead and create dynamic and engaging content across the brands with differing target audience’s

 

  • You will work with the wider business to ensure consistent brand message across SM and Paid channels.

 

  • You will develop content ideas and plan scheduling based on the brand specific target market, pushing customer engagement, acquisition, retention and sales.

 

  • You will create exclusive content for each brand, by attending photoshoots, exhibitions or relevant factory/team snapshots.

 

  • Protect and monitor brand image across all channels at all times, implementing engagement and proactive initiatives engaging in discussions and updating posts to optimise reach.

 

  • Identify successful posts, key posting times, and top engagement to optimise reach and plan future scheduling.

 

  • Report weekly and monthly on performance and results of SM activity across all brands.

 

  • Stay up to date with fashion trends, competitor analysis and social media innovations & tech.

 

Social Media & Digital Marketing Co-ordinator   – The Person 

 

  • You will have proven experience, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle brand creating content.

 

  • Experience with all social media channels is preferred, scheduling, reporting and managing an activity calendar.

 

  • You will be driven and self-motivated, with the desire to build successful, innovative channels that can grow sales.

 

  • You will have an eye for layout and content, producing aesthetically pleasing, brand relevant posts.

 

  • You will have excellent communication skills, written and spoken English and grammar, as well as strong attention to detail, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a growing team. You will have excellent copywriting, creative writing and writing English skills

 

  • Creative and forward thinking 

 

  • Passion for digital communications, social engagement and Fashion and eager to bring new ideas.
