My client is an established supplier to high street and online fashion retailers across multiple product areas and apparel.
They are looking for a motivated Office and facilities assistant to assist the Office manager.
Office and Facilities Administrator - The role
- Assisting with clerical/reception duties , checking emails, answering calls, booking travel, preparing and submitting expenses
- Tidying of Sample floor
- Answering the loading bay shutter for courier deliveries and bringing up the office floor via lift
- Skip / Bin collections
- Assembly of any furniture
- Breaking down rubbish to go into skip to ensure skip is fully used
- Moving office furniture around
- Some Ad-hoc roles
Office and Facilities Administrator - Experience/Skills required:
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and follow-up skills.
- Eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Personable and able to fit into the team
- Permanent Full right to work in the UK required.
