Description

My client is an established supplier to high street and online fashion retailers across multiple product areas and apparel. 

They are looking for a motivated Office and facilities assistant to assist the Office manager. 

Office and Facilities Administrator - The role 

  • Assisting with clerical/reception duties , checking emails, answering calls, booking travel, preparing and submitting expenses
  • Tidying of Sample floor
  • Answering the loading bay shutter for courier deliveries and bringing up the office floor via lift
  • Skip / Bin collections
  • Assembly of any furniture
  • Breaking down rubbish to go into skip to ensure skip is fully used
  • Moving office furniture around
  • Some Ad-hoc roles

Office and Facilities Administrator - Experience/Skills required:

  • Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and follow-up skills.
  • Eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Personable and able to fit into the team
  • Permanent Full right to work in the UK required.
