You will play an integral part in setting the brands creative direction, which in turn will set the brands tone across their socials, marketing, website, and ad campaigns.

Brand Manager- The Role
- Define and execute the long-term brand vision and strategy to differentiate the company in the competitive market.
- Ensure the brand’s values, voice, and narrative are consistently represented across all touchpoints.
- Oversee brand positioning and market segmentation to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Creative Direction & Brand Messaging.
- Lead the creative direction of all visual and verbal brand elements, ensuring consistency across marketing campaigns, social media, and retail experience.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to align brand strategies with product assortment and collections.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to drive an integrated approach across online platforms and social media.
- Work with Sales and Retail teams to develop effective in-store and e-commerce strategies that reinforce the brand’s messaging.
- Monitor fashion industry trends and consumer insights to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.
- Develop strategies for brand expansion into new markets or product categories.
- Oversee partnerships, collaborations, and influencer programs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure consistent global brand execution across international markets.
- Build and lead a high-performing brand team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Manage and mentor a team of brand execs and social media teams.
- Oversee the development of brand campaigns, ensuring high-quality output within budget and timeline constraints.
- Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Report on brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
Brand Manager- The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or fashion, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
- Experience in the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, trends, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional creative vision and ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of brand building, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Proficient in brand management tools, analytics software, and digital marketing platforms.
