My client is a major luxury womenswear brand to the stars! They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Central London Head Office.

Reporting into the Sales Director, you play a pivotal part in driving sales across the brand, where you will work with customers in the UK and Internationally for each sales campaign.

You will prepare reporting across the brands performance from a sales and sell-thru perspective, and support the Director across budget forecasting. You will work cohesively with the other departments in the brand such as Production and Logistics, to ensure orders are managed and delivered on time.

Sales Manager- Luxury Brand- The Role

  • Responsible for area account management, building strong partnerships with existing and potential wholesale customers to achieve sales budget targets
  • Supporting global B2B wholesale sales planning and strategy in line with business goals
  • Understanding international markets, identifying partnership opportunities, creating marketing and growth strategies while maintaining consistent brand positioning
  • Preparations for seasonal sales campaigns in London and Paris
  • Management and servicing Agents for various territories
  • Regular store visits and collection training
  • Analysing seasonal performance, conducting sell-through analyses, quantitative and qualitative sales feedback to be presented to management during weekly trade meeting
  • End of season reporting at sell in and sell out
  • Ensuring budget master sheet is set up and updated throughout the season
  • Tracking competitor product and pricing
  • Working with logistics ensuring in-season monthly shipping targets are met, managing risks and opportunities including re-cuts, reorders, returns, payments and contracts
  • Ensuring shipping instructions and processes are obtained from customer and followed accordingly in house
  • Working with finance ensuring deposits and proforma customers are up to date and settled on time
  • Developing junior members of the team: functional skills, processes and accuracy
  • Store training Sales Associates and Sales Assistants
  • Support with other ad hoc sales department tasks
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales

 

 

Sales Manager- Luxury Brand- The Person

  • 3-5 years of fashion wholesale experience in international luxury markets
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills – systems expertise – ability to run and analyse data
  • Advanced skills in Excel, proficiency in Zedonk, Joor, MS Office
  • Excellent command in English, additional language preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious with entrepreneurial approach
