Liz, a former HR Director, founded People Marketing in 1989 and under her direction and vision has expanded it from a ‘one-woman band’ into the successful business it is today. Her knowledge of HR and her industry experience has proved invaluable to clients and candidates over the years. Her career has included working for Marks & Spencer and for the hosiery brand Elbeo, before taking the plunge to start her own business.

Liz is now semi-retired and has handed over the day-to-day running of the business to the MD Doug Jameson, but she maintains a keen interest in the business and retains an interest as a shareholder and in her role as Chairman.
