Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage stock ranges including mens/boys apparel and footwear, including denim, shorts, and trousers.
  • Create development specs from original samples or CADS at the beginning of each season.
  • Measure samples at various stages and conduct in-house fit sessions.
  • Send comprehensive fit comments and amended specs to factories, supported by clear diagrams.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure timely shipment of products.
  • Advise factories on fit comments, pattern solutions, and basic test requirements.
  • Check and approve care label layouts and read test reports.
  • Conduct in-house wash tests if necessary.
  • Assess bulk inspection reports and assist the merch team with final packing lists and packaging details.
  • Make commercial decisions on bulk quality issues.
  • Perform UK warehouse checks on orders when needed.

 

Skills and Experience Required:-

  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised and accurate in work.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
