To strengthen our already successful team of professionals we are currently looking to welcome a new Recruitment Consultant, based in our recently refurbished offices in Nottingham.
Recruitment Consultant – The Role
- Manage and develop your client allocation list by keeping in regular contact and develop strong relationships with key recruitment contacts in each of the businesses.
- Identify potential new clients, explore and understand those businesses and develop relationships with key recruitment contacts.
- Being the first point of contact for many candidates a large part of the role is providing an empathetic and supportive service, advising talented people of options that maybe available to them ensuring that when the time does come to make a career move you are the first person they call.
- With support from the management team manage your own marketing activity, being creative and unique with campaigns to attract both client and candidates using all social media channels and our own Customer Relationship Management Systems.
Recruitment Consultant – The Person
- Preferably you will have working experience within the Fashion Sector, in any role, the key is to have an understanding of the fashion product lifecycle.
- Communication is key, you will be comfortable talking to candidates and clients at all levels, advising and sharing informed opinions whenever necessary.
- You will be driven and self-motivated, able to manage multiple assignments at one time.
- You will have a hunger to learn and an appetite to succeed and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work as an individual and be part of a team
- Strong IT/administrative skills with good understanding of Social Media
