This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business based in South West London, as an Account Coordinator you will work closely with the Account Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running orders. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work well under pressure with a positive attitude.

This role offers hybrid working

Account Coordinator – The Role and Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the sales, design and merchandising teams ensuring orders are administered correctly and efficiently
  • Developing ranges sheets with sales information
  • Sample administration, organising and filing samples
  • Daily communication with customers, factories and logistics teams
  • Management of samples, ensuring they are approved in a timely manner
  • Placing purchase orders and ensuring all details are correct

  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
