I am looking for an experienced candidate with a wealth of experience in Ecommerce, as the Head of Ecommerce you will be working closely with the team to strategise and grow the business. You will be responsible for leading the digital team, constantly improving the user journey for the best customer experience.
This role offers relocation and Visa support.
Head of Ecommerce – The Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for constantly improving the user journey, ensuring optimal customer experience
- Review on site search behaviour to gain an understanding of keywords
- Develop testing roadmaps and user testing for UX/CRO
- Develop and drive ecommerce strategy, leading the digital team
- Responsible for driving initiatives through pricing, promotions and new trading opportunities
- Develop and deliver the annual trading calendar, working with buying, product and merchandising teams
- Merchandising all products to maximise sales
- Management of onsite content ensuring sites are aligned

- Strong technical knowledge, including front and back end
- People management skills, experience growing and developing talent
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Extremely organised
- Basic coding skills
- Personable and approachable
- HTML and CSS skills
