Job Description

My client is an established, well regarded, manufacturer of ladies and childrens fashion jersey, supplying some of the best retailers on the high street. They have an immediate opportunity for a dynamic, well-connected Sales/Account Manager to help develop existing and new business.

Sales/Account Manager - The Role

  • Proactively develop existing relationships and identify/develop new business opportunities.
  • To ensure effective communication at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Manage the critical path process, liaising closely with internal & external teams.
  • To meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by developing sound relationships with Buyers.
  • Will involve some travel as required, expenses are covered.

Sales/Account Manager - The Candidate

  • A proven track record within a sales position, preferably within ladies or childrens jersey.
  • Ability to identify and develop new opportunities with a passion for product.
  • Understands the dynamics of a manufacturing business.
  • Experience of seasonal/forward order selling.
  • Attentive to detail with excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Good networking & negotiation skills.
  • Good team player, proactive, methodical and organised with strong interpersonal and people management skills
