Sales Manager EMEA

Fantastic opportunity with a globally recognised European brand to be responsible for the development and performance of the sales activities for the EMEA region. You will be part of the team based in their fantastic head office in Belgium working on developing new business across distributors and agents. This role would suit an individual highly figures orientated, able to make own decisions, driven and ambitious.

Sales Manager EMEA – The Role:

  • Responsible for developing existing customer relationships, growing the business and looking for new sales opportunities
  • You will be travelling around the world on a regular basis (Europe, Middle East and Africa) seeing customers and prospecting new clients
  • Managing your own diary and making any necessary travel arrangements
  • To hold product presentations and trainings to distributors to establish a brand right message together with collection highlights
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on sales and marketing plans
  • Set up the most suitable supply chain process in order to ensure the highest service level and order fulfilment rate (forecasting, pre orders, use of digital ordering tools) in cooperation with customer service, planning and credit department

Sales Manager EMEA – The Candidate

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in apparel/sportswear or accessories with 5-6 years minimum experience in sales for the EMEA market
  • Role will suit an existing Commercial Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager with a proven track record in B2B and management of distributors and agents
  • To deliver rewarding business and achieving sales targets
  • You must have the hunger and the stamina to travel extensively
  • Highly motivated, organised, attentive to detail with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Must be fully fluent in English
  • Must have good communication skills, flexible and adaptable
  • Must be willing and able to relocate to Belgium where this role is located
