Are you passionate about fashion accessories? My client is looking for an office administrator to join the team!

You will be eager, driven and ready to hit the ground running, showing enthusiasm in your day to day role and won’t be afraid to get stuck in. The role itself is very much an admin support role, but for the right person there are opportunities for them to learn and grow into other areas.

This really welcoming business is looking for another friendly face to join their team!

Office Administrator – The Role

  • Tagging/labelling general & development samples/swatches.
  • Taking pictures of general/development samples, customer selected samples after meetings.
  • Logging new samples in to the in house system.
  • Creating box/file labels for samples/swatches to be filed away.
  • Filing/putting samples in to the master sample storage, keeping storage/show room area tidy.
  • Finding/pulling out selected samples from storage room.
  • Helping account managers and designers to prepare for meetings.
  • Data entry - Helping to create and fill in spreadsheets/Pre order forms for sales or merchandising.
  • Removing tags/labels of samples for chuck out.
  • UPS.
  • Receiving and signing for parcels.
  • Distribution of parcels received the correct recipients.
  • Preparing parcels for dispatch.
  • Creating UPS labels and customs invoices.
  • Ordering UPS supplies.
  • Checking and signing UPS payment invoices.

Office Administrator-The Person

  • Enthusiastic and friendly
  • Great attitude to work, and a meticulous and ‘can do’ approach.
  • Ideally an interest / some experience in fashion.
  • Pro-active and creative.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and hardworking environment. 
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible to work as part of a team and individually when needed
