Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a Graduate with a strong internship in Merchandising or an established MAA looking for the next step to a company which can offer an excellent career path. You will provide admin support and reporting to support the merchandising team.

Merchandising Admin Assistant - The Role:

  • Update weekly sales data and run relevant reports
  • Analyse stock & sales reports
  • General Admin, data entry duties
  • Collate and track samples and reports
  • Ensure merchandise team is fully prepared for weekly trade meetings
  • Housekeeping on the retail systems

Merchandising Admin Assistant - The Candidate

  • Experience in a similar role or internship is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of excel is required
  • Numerical with excellent Maths skills (test at interview)
  • Organised with good attention to detail
