Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales/Account Manager to join a manufacturing company specialising in Jersey and Knit, supplying the UK and European High Streets. This role is to work remotely – travel is required.

Sales/Account Manager - Key responsibilities include

  • As an account manager you will create and develop long term relationships with existing clients
  • Develop new relationships with potential clients
  • Communicate between departments and ensure all orders are raised to budget and according to critical path time line
  • To be responsible for the product from start to finish, ensuring the customer brief is met
  • Reporting to the Director, you will manage your own work load to ensure sales and revenue is exceeded
  • Experience working with factories overseas and to the critical path
  • Travel is required

Sales/Account Manager - The Candidate

  • Proven account management and sales experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with supplier is essential
  • Used to working in a high volume and fast paced environment
  • Proven experience of expanding business and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Highly organised, attentive to detail with excellent communication skills (written & oral)
  • Good networking, communication & negotiation skills
