Are you organised, a self-starter and ready to work with this fast growing sports business? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent looking for the next step up the career ladder.

Working with all of the major sports leagues and leading colleges in North America you will be providing support to the sales team across all day to day duties.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish, as well as holding the ability to use MS Office to a proficient level.

International Coordinator – The Role: 

  • Reporting to the Operations Director.
  • Process orders via email or phone.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  • Work closely with International sales team.
  • Liaise with 3rd party logistics company to ensure all deliveries are met correctly and in a timely manner.

 International Coordinator – The Candidate: 

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Hands on experience with order processing software MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication but capable of working on tasks alone.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and driven.
  • Fluent in English, but a second language, preferably Spanish would be desirable.
