Job Description

Graphic Designer - Key Responsibilities

  • To support on/ offline marketing teams with the development of marketing collateral and artwork for a lead supplier of multi product mens and womenswear
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role is responsible for the execution and delivery of a wide range of marketing material and communications to ensure brand consistency on marketing activity across all channels
  • Development of various marketing collateral, including promotional materials for brochures, direct marketing and trade advertising
  • Assist the on-line team with banner advertising and other creative content to ensure quick response to trading initiatives and improve sales conversion on company website
  • Work with the Category Managers and on line teams to ensure quality imagery to promote the sale of new and promotional products.
  • Create coherent designs for specific exhibitions and events including management of photography and artwork to be displayed on stands, flyers, invites etc.  
  • Deliver creative concepts, presentations and design solutions to a high standard in line with business expectations
  • Produce and maintain company brand identity and ensure consistency of execution of artwork across all online/offline marketing
  • Manage an image library, and maintain knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office and keep up to date with emerging technologies in new media

Graphic Designer – The Person Specification

  • Previous experience within graphic design (min. 3-5years’ experience)
  • Experience of the complete cycle of designing and developing campaigns across a wide range of media
  • An interest in fashion/textiles
  • Highly competent ADOBE Creative Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to understand target audiences
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • A confident communicator, ability to influence people at all levels
  • Change orientated, responsive, open minded and innovative
  • Strong team player, conscientious, trustworthy and reliable  
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude!
  • Valid Driving licence  - ability to travel as required
