Sales Admin Assistant / Assistant Account Manager – The Role:
- Assist in the processing of sales orders accurately and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage and input data and generate reports to track sales performance.
- Organise and distribute of fabric samples and developments for approval.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and provide valuable insights into competitor offers.
- Work closely other internal teams including Technical, Design, and Merchandising
- Liaise with suppliers internationally and manage critical path data and timelines, raising any problems to the teams.
- Support to the sales team with day to day admin, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, preparing sales reports, maintaining client databases, and organizing sales materials.
Sales Admin Assistant / Assistant Account Manager - The Candidate
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- A passion for the Fashion Industry and an understanding of clothing manufacturing is essential
- Knowledge of the development process and critical paths is desirable
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Numerate and analytical
- Word & Excel knowledge to an intermediate level is essential
- Excellent time management
- Highly organised
- Clear & confident communication and presentation skills.
